Mass Motion Dance Boston offers 4 studios of different sizes to suit most rental needs.  The studio has a free large parking lot and is easily accessible by public transportation to the Brighton Landing bus stop on Western Avenue. The lobby space and studios are all handicap accessible. Our HVAC system has updated HEPA filters for optimal air clarification and circulation.

Rental Fees:

 

Studio 1: Non-profit & Rehearsal Rate: $25/hour   Classes & Workshops: $30/hour

Studio 2: Non-profit & Rehearsal Rate: $30/hour   Classes & Workshops: $40/hour

Studio 3: Non-profit & Rehearsal Rate: $35/hour   Classes & Workshops: $60/hour

Studio 4: Non-profit & Rehearsal Rate: $25/hour   Classes & Workshops: $30/hour

 

Rental of Entire Facility: (closed to all other renters): $150/hour

 

Cleaning Fee: $50/hour *for performances, parties and events. 2 hour minimum

Discounted Rate: 10% off rental rate before 4pm Monday – Friday.

 

Studio 1: Rosco Adagio Marley Flooring.  Mirrors, sound system w/ bluetooth and aux, Heat & Air Conditioning. Dimensions 12’ x 18’ and there are outside windows that are able to be opened the length of the room. Emergency door should remain closed at all times.

 

Studio 2: Sprung floor with Rosco Adagio Marley Flooring, Mirrors, Heat & AC, Sound System w/ bluetooth and aux, television with HDMI cord and AirPlay option, Natural Light, Double doors to parking lot for easy load-in/out, 25’ warehouse ceiling. Dimensions 20’ x 33’.

 

Studio 3: Sprung floor with Rosco Adagio Marley Flooring, Mirrors, Heat & AC, Sound System w/ bluetooth and aux, television available with HDMI cord and AirPlay. Studio theater performance space with risers and 50 chairs (additional seating can be brought in).  25’ warehouse ceiling.  Dimensions are 34’x55’ of dance floor. Entire room is 34’x73’.

 

Studio 4: Rosco Adagio Marley Flooring. Glassless rolling mirrors, sound system w/ bluetooth and aux, Heat & Air Conditioning.  Dimensions 31’ X 13.5’ and there are outside windows the length of the room offering a lot of natural light.
